Harsh aged 32, is the young and dynamic promoter of Aaragon. Coming from a manufacturing business background, Harsh started his career in managing the family's packaging and chemicals businesses. Harsh always had a penchant for the service industry and found the BPO business as an upcoming sunrise industry where he can add value to the already available services.

Thus Aaragon was born in August of 2004. Today due to his efforts and services Aaragon has more than 100 operators working with prestigious international projects in their kitty. Harsh, who is an excellent orator, writter and a natural leader, loves to manage people, has strong and powerfull HR skills which is a boon to the BPO industry.

Harsh is married since past 8 years and has six year old daughter.

Infrastructure

Spread over 3600 sq. ft. our centre can seat more than 300 operators a day, making the centre in operation 24 X 7. Well connected with the main highways of the city and within 10 km of the International and National Airports, our centre is easily accessible.

Equipped with the latest in computers , servers and hardware our machines ensure that the your data is processed, transferred and is correctly and securely stored, protected at all times.

A dedicated high speed internet connectivity of 1 Mbps ensures that data can be uploaded or downloaded at all times and other means of communication ensure that the company is never out of touch with you.

Trained Staff

The backbone of any BPO is the people who are actually working on hands at the work stations. They are responsible for bringing in the required levels of accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness. We are proud to boast of a great work force behind our organization.

With our HR policies firmly in place, criteria of selection is based on various levels of approval such as pre-interview selection, face to face interviews, group discussions, testing on-the-spot and a trial period.

On passing all our stringent requirements, the candidate is put under training. On due completion of training, successful candidates are put on live projects. Those unsuccessful are further trained, tested and on due passing are they allowed to work on live projects.

Constantly observing and managing the operators are our carefully selected and trained supervisors who not only impart on-hands training, query solving but also take appropriate and necessary action as and when required.

Our open door policies ensures that the management is always approcahble by the operators for any problem shooting. It is our friendly HR policies that we face the lowest rates of attrition anywhere in the BPO industry!

Hands-on training

Training is imparted to everyone at Aaragon irrespective of position or job profile. Consultants are regularly appointed to hire the core management team, keeping them updated with latest technologies and developments. Every supervisor and operator is imparted with necessary training from the time they join, during a project change as well as throughout the project, to ensure that they keep performing with high output levels.
